Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ONEK LLC ("we") handles personal data in its products, including OneCore and its integrations with Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger).

Our role

Our business customers (for example, schools) decide which data they put into our products and why. For that data we act as a processor on their behalf. For account and billing data of our own customers, we are the controller.

Data we process

• Contact details our customers manage: names, phone numbers, email addresses.
• Messages exchanged with a customer's business accounts on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, including profile names and media sent in those conversations.
• Lead and form data our customers receive, such as Meta lead ad submissions.
• Account data for our customers' staff users, and technical logs needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

Only to provide the service our customer configured: showing and answering conversations, managing leads and records, sending messages the customer requests, and keeping the service secure. Where a customer enables AI-assisted replies, message content is sent to an AI model provider to draft the reply. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for our own advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (hosting, Meta platforms for message delivery, and AI model providers where enabled), under contracts that limit their use to providing those services, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as our customer keeps their account, or until they or the person concerned ask us to delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted, email hi@onek.dev with the phone number, email address or social account you used to contact the business. We will confirm and delete the data within 30 days. If you contacted a business that uses our software, you can also ask that business directly.

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of software provided by ONEK LLC. By using our products you agree to them.

Use of the service

Customers must use our products lawfully, follow the policies of the platforms they connect (including Meta's WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram policies), and obtain any consent needed to message the people they contact.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for their users and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend access that threatens the security or availability of the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
